It is with great sadness that we have to announce the death of Clive Taylor. Clive was a founder member of Kidlington Bowls club and continued to play short mat, until just before Xmas 2024. He was a real gentleman. Our thoughts are with his wife, Elsie, and the family at this sad time.
The funeral is being held on Mon 10th March at 1 pm at Tackley Crematorium, followed by a wake at Sturdys Castle. Maureen Cox. Chairman Kidlington Bowls Club.
Chris Weller reflects: I can echo the thoughts expressed , having played with Clive many times as a former Kidlington member myself for 25 years. It was always a pleasure to be in his company, and usually one of the first to volunteer if the Club required help in any way. Will be sadly missed.
