CONGRATULATIONS to our Ladies Walker Cup team who qualified for Leamington Spa later in the year after topping their mini - league table on shot difference. The event was staged over the weekend of 17 and 18 May and was hosted by Oxford City & County Bowls Club.
There was some debate about the overall winners at the end of the match caused by a technical problem with the Bowls England software used for calculating the results. An apology was forthcoming from BE, which can be viewed in the Women´s section - NEWS on this website.
